Mr. Akash Rathod is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with extensive post qualification experience in the field of Taxation, Business Advisory & Liasoning.

He has earlier worked with SNK & Co. Chartered Accountants, PwC India and Engie Solaire where he garnered experience in various aspects of statutory audits, taxation and project finance.

He has assisted multiple clients in claiming various fiscal/non-fiscal incentives offered by Central/State Governments along with Project Finance related activities including feasibility studies, detailed project report, loan syndication.

He has a rich experience of handling more than 150 assessments under direct and indirect tax laws. He has also represented clients across industries in tax litigations on varied issues before authorities up to the Tribunal level.

He is also closely working with Renewable energy companies in advising and guiding business organisations on effective renewable energy transition and carbon footprint reduction.

He has also assisted clients on MIDC Industrial Land identification & procurement matters. He regularly assists Industrial Associations in filing representations before MIDC/Industries Department on various Industry issues.
